Skin Boosters stimulate collage and elastin, aid the conversion of glucose to ATP and significantly improve skin texture and pigmentation. This full day hands on course focuses on the benefits of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and over low molecular weight and the positive effect it has on skin quality when combined with other beneficial ingredients.
During the course we will look at treating areas that are often difficult to improve such as under the eye, the full face, neck and decolletage where the skin has often lost structure and hydration.
Please Note: You will need to have a qualification in Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology in order to do this course, so if you haven’t already you can buy that with us as an online course.

Payments
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your place on this course which will be deducted from your total cost. The 2nd half of the payment must be paid 2 weeks before the course is due to start.

Cancellations
Any cancellations must be done before 2 weeks of when the course is due to start, but if for whatever reason you do have to cancel your deposit will be moved to another training date if notice is given within the 2 week timescale.

Practice on Live Models
You will be sent a pre course manual ahead of your course date to ensure you have had plenty of time to study the reading material which will include detailed information to provide all the treatments you will learn throughout the 2 days. This will be great revision material for you to refer back to. We believe this course needs to be delivered over 2 days to maximise knowledge retention.
You will have enough knowledge to safely practice your new skills on live cosmetic models. All injections are closely supervised by our expert trainers who will guide you using our easy-to-follow landmark-based training system, learning how to inject safely and accurately to minimise complications.
Small Group Training
Practical work is completed in small groups to ensure you get lots of hands-on experience. Our typical delegate-to-trainer ratio is 4:1 giving you the chance to work on patients and practice a variety of injectable treatments during your training day. You will have enough hands on opportunities during your training to be able to practice independently afterwards. You will have life Long support with our trainers so we are always at hand and at the other end of the phone for any questions and help needed.

But back to me. I'm an Emergency Nurse of 13 years and managed a large inner-city A&E for 6 years. My love of people and confidence in delivering safe practice has me well positioned within Aesthetics. But my eye for beauty and seeing the beauty in absolutely everyone has been my passion. Aesthetics began as something that brought me joy while working within A&E and the madness that comes along with it. Entry Requirements:
This course is suitable for those with an NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy, or equivalent (including A&P) and at least 6 months of experience in treatments that pierce the skin (i.e. Epilation, Advanced Cosmetic Procedures, Microblading or Micropigmentation)
Those who are qualified in Dermal Filler or Botulinum Toxin (6 months experience), or a Registered Nurse or other medical professionals would also be eligible.
